Automated Referral Tracking
A powerful feature designed to help your agency harness the power of word-of-mouth marketing and drive organic growth.
How it works
Our referral tracking system seamlessly integrates with your existing customer satisfaction surveys and client management tools, making it easy to identify, track, and reward your most valuable advocates.
Collecting Referral Details
When a new property owner completes their first customer satisfaction survey and expresses positive or neutral sentiment, they'll be presented with a simple form to share who referred them to your agency.
Viewing and Managing Referrals
The most recent referrals will be prominently displayed on your dashboard for quick access. You'll also find a dedicated "Referrals" page in the left-hand menu.
On this Referrals page, you can:
- View Referral Details: Each referral card displays the referee's name and the referrer's name. Click "View & Contact" for complete details.
- Contact the Referrer: Easily send a personalized thank-you email to the referrer directly from the referral details page.
- Send a Reward: Show your appreciation by sending a handwritten card (with an optional gift card) to the referrer. Customize the message to make it even more personal.
- Track Referral History: Referrals and interactions are automatically logged in the client timelines of both the referee (new client) and the referrer. This provides valuable context for future interactions.
Key Benefits for Your Agency
- Boost Referrals: By recognizing and rewarding referrers, you'll encourage more clients to spread the word about your exceptional service.
- Organic Growth: Referrals are a testament to your agency's reputation and expertise. They often lead to high-quality, loyal clients who are likely to stay with you for the long term.
- Strengthen Client Relationships: Expressing gratitude to referrers demonstrates your appreciation and reinforces positive relationships.
Notes and Considerations
- The referral form will only appear for new clients who have joined your agency within the last 180 days and have given positive or neutral feedback in their initial survey.
- The form requires a first name, last name, and either an email address or phone number to submit.
- Clients who have already submitted a referral will not see the form again.
- Clients can always choose to skip the referral form.
