Umanest will automatically try and generate a positive review for your business on the public platform(s) of your choice (e.g. Google reviews, Facebook, Trustpilot, etc.) from your clients who already provided positive feedback and agreed to share their feedback publicly.

Note: the public platforms review link(s) can be specific to each of your offices, so we can drive traffic to multiple local Google my Business accounts for example.

This automated method is simple, personal and the timing is ideal in order to collect online reviews effortlessly.

A few days after the positive feedback is left by the customer via the Umanest survey (and unless the customer chose to keep this feedback private), we will automatically follow up and invite them to provide a review online.

The email contains a link to a page showing their previously written feedback and how to share it.

It provides link(s) to the public review platform(s) of your choice.

This step by step approach makes it both easier and more likely for your customer to turn their positive comment into a review on a public platform such as Google Reviews.

Most importantly it triggers the consistency principle, which is one of the basic laws of social psychology: we tend to be seen as consistent with our existing commitments (e.g previously stated feelings about your business).
