Company Settings

Via the "My Company" page, you can review and make changes to your company, office(s) and team members:

Company Details

Your Company logo. This logo is used on communication made with your customers (emails and online surveys/forms) and across your multiple offices if applicable. You may also change the company name here.

Office Details

Your Office(s) details: Name and address. Offices are used for analytics and benchmarking.

You can add new offices by clicking on the "+ Offices" where you are required to add the office name and address. You may also select if you wish for this office to allow anonymous feedback from Tenants.

Team Details

Your account users details are displayed via a list of all Agents and Admins, organised per office.

Users added automatically

Umanest is automatically updating your list of Agents, based on the data coming from your Management Software:

  • New Agents are created
  • Portfolios (Properties / Tenancies) are allocated to the current Agent (new or existing)

Manually add a user

You can also manually add users. Typically they are users with Admin access (without a Portfolio of Properties) such as Team Managers, BDMs, Customer Success Managers, etc.

To invite a new user to the team, hit the "Invite agent" button at the bottom of the list.

You'll need to provide the following details:
  • Contact details: Email, Name
  • Office(s)
  • Role: Admin or Agent
  • Only applicable for Agents (Admins have full access to the account):
    • Access to own Portfolio
    • Access to other Portfolio(s)
  • Escalation contact: Select at least one user with Admin access to the Portfolio. This user will get notified about negative feedback.

Archive a user

To archive a user, hit the button next to the user's name under the ACTIONS and select "Archive".

This will take you to a form where you can decide to transfer the portfolio of customers (Tenants and/or Landlord) to another existing user (Agent).

We recommend not selecting any Agent to transfer Tenants and Landlords relations to, because the next data update between Umanest and your Management System will overwrite this customers transfer.

Integration Details

Integrations allow you to connect Umanest with the property management software used by your company. Once activated, the system will automatically import data daily via the API.

We currently serve Palace, PropertyMe and Property Tree.

Review Platform Details

Online review sites: Links to public review platforms.

Links to public review websites are used to turn positive feedback collected internally into positive reviews on public platforms such as Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, etc.
