Satisfied customers
At the end of the surveys, Umanest collects optional feedback comments from your customers.
According to the individual satisfaction level, Umanest triggers a different “Thank you for your feedback” page:
Positive feedback
They are your happy customers and can be your brand advocates, the most likely to refer people to your business should you ask them to.
The customers we identified as satisfied will land on a page asking them if they can comment on what you did right.
Since they have already been identified as satisfied via a short and engaging survey, they are more likely to provide a positive comment backing up the score already given.
We also ask your client if it is ok to share their feedback publicly.
Tenants also have the opportunity to respond anonymously (once “No, please don’t share my feedback” is selected).
