Milestones surveys

The milestones surveys are based on the important events of your clients' journey.

Milestone surveys are 1-question surveys with happy, neutral or sad faces as options to choose from and can be answered directly within the email.

We have designed milestone surveys “Pre-set by Umanest” for you, based on customers critical events, interests and engagement. 

You can also choose to create your own milestone surveys and specific questions via the custom surveys page.

Here is how the Milestones “preset by Umanest” surveys are designed:

Tenants

Moved in

Question: "How would you rate your experience with [company name & office] so far?"

Trigger: 14 days after move in date

Moved out

Question: "How would you rate your end of lease experience with [company name & office]?"

Trigger: 14 days after move out date

Landlords

New customer

Question: "How would you rate your onboarding experience with [company name & office]?"

Trigger: 14 days after lease start date for a new landlord's tenant (unless already leased)

New lease started

Question: "How would you rate the recent lease changes at [property_address]?"

Trigger: 14 days after new tenant move in date

Lost customer

Question: "How satisfied were you with the service at [company name & office]?"

Trigger: 14 days after customer is lost

The user can complete the survey by simply hitting the smiley face matching their satisfaction level, directly within the email.
