How to remove and resend a survey response

This allows you to rectify any mistaken survey responses easily. If a client has accidentally submitted an incorrect rating, you can now remove the original response and resend the survey for an updated rating.

This feature ensures the accuracy of your customer satisfaction metrics.

  1. Navigate to the Feedback page, locate the specific survey response you want to correct and click on the View & Reply button associated with that response.

  1. Once in the detailed feedback view, click on the edit symbol (three dots) located at the top right corner and select Remove and Resend from the dropdown menu.

  1. Submit your "Remove and Resend" request:
    • Edit Message: You can optionally edit the message that will be sent to the survey recipient. This message gives you an opportunity to provide context for the request to retake the survey.
    • Ensure you check the box that says "I want to send this request to the survey recipient".
    • Once you have reviewed the message and checked the required box, click the "Resend Survey" button to submit your request.

Outcomes

  • Removal of Original Response: The original survey response will be removed from the system.
  • Email Notification: The survey recipient will receive an email with a link to retake the survey.
