Feedback details

The "Feedback" page is where all the details about the feedback are accessible, both positive and otherwise.

The latest feedback is displayed first, and you can use the following filters:

  • Customer types (Tenants, Landlords)
  • Offices
  • Portfolios
  • Satisfaction levels (Positive, Neutral, Negative)
  • Feedback status (Replied, Unresolved)

đź’ˇ Tip: use the â€śview more” shortcut buttons on the Overview page for quick access to 

  • “Unresolved negative feedback” (Both negative and not replied to).
  • "Latest positive feedback".
