Dashboards and Leaderboard

For each dashboard, the information displayed is in relation to the customer type selected ( Tenants | Landlords).

Use the toggle switch at the top of the to select your customer type


Overview

The overview dashboard provides a snapshot of the current situation and some details about the recent activity and feedback.

  • Overall satisfaction: Based on all satisfaction surveys results collated.
  • Activity: Recap numbers on Survey responses, Unresolved feedback and Testimonial received.
  • Unresolved negative feedback: If you replied to all negative feedback, this list is empty.
  • Latest positive feedback.

Business Intelligence

The Business Intelligence dashboard provides more detailed analytics about your portfolio and results.

It is useful especially when you want to benchmark results internally and look at how specific metrics are tracking over time.

Using the filters, you can review the performance of your Property Management business across:

  • Offices
  • Portfolios
  • Customer types (Tenants / Landlords)
  • Time periods

The data and metrics displayed are based on your survey settings, preset and custom.

Leaderboard

The Leaderboard provides a snapshot of the performance for each portfolio.

It is very useful as a benchmarking tool within the team. Whether you’d like to share it with the team or not.

Again, using the filters you can review specific time periods and benchmark portfolios performance across offices, portfolios and customer types (Tenants / Landlords).
